Leadership

New Uniform

During each Scout's journey to Eagle, each Scout has the opportunity of holding a leadership position in the Troop. Each Scout has the opportunity to hold any of these positions when the Scout feels ready to perform the roles and responsibilities of the position. The success of Troop 1849 program is based on having a very strong Patrol Leaders Council. It is these youths that plan, organize and carryout all troop activities. The program is designed to achieve character development, and citizenship training through an inviting outdoor program and peer group leadership with the advice from adult leadership.
